Is “calmag” calmag or is there a difference in all the brands and prices? I’m using ffof,ff treo and dry neuts. Recommendations appreciated! Haven’t used any yet so a primer would be appreciated as well.
Calmag is like PH up or down, doesn’t really matter who’s you use.

If your growing organic it matters to the soil critters as does how you raise or lower your PH feed. If not most are the same.
CalMag is abbreviated for a solution of calcium and magnesium together usually about a 5:1 ratio or around there. You may just need calcium or just may need magnesium or you may need both.
So my answer is yes and no. Just depends how you are wanting to grow

There is one big difference amongst all the products out there. Most calcium-magnesium supplements are close to the same, but there are a very small number that have a minimal amount of nitrogen in them. Depending on your grow, this can be important if you don’t want to add even more nitrogen to your fertilizing regimen.
