Wondering if 3 weeks is to early to start fiming?
Week 2.5 on critical purple and week and half on Northern Lights.

With a fim being one of the less evasive methods of HST it’s your call. I wait until at least the 4th node has shown if I’m topping above the 3rd for a manifold and the 5th node if I’m topping above the 4th. This all hinges on a healthy plant and yours a re very healthy looking. Personally I would let it grow another node or week

What’s the benefit of FIM? Why not just top it?

The primary difference in the results of topping vs fimming is that topping at the stem will promote the growth of two new Y-shaped stalks, whereas fimming will promote the growth of several new stems. 4 to 6 potentially.

I have my veg garden started 2 clones and 3 bag seeds are loving the garden soil.
2 tomato and 3 pepper 2 eggplant.

We just got back from the nursery and went with FFOF for all our veggies and flowers, the Ocean mother is just so much filler we where not happy with it.
I bet yours will be nice with all that space lol.
