I had been adding a little high Nitrogen bat guano in the teas along with higher Phosphorus bat and seabird ones until last week. Today it crossed my mind to add some guano with N, however, I did not, just the bat and seabird with high P plus K for GSC-X only.
I will be adding more N during flowering too, I know I have yellowing happening, they’re growing fast.
Thats one philosophy. I tend towards having the plant get stressed a bit at the end to encourage more trichome production. I do believe that splitting the stem 4-6 days before harvest stresses the plant to produce more resin. Just anecdotal from what I’ve seen personally.
There are a bunch of stress techniques that I employ toward the end but I believe the single best thing is low low low humidity and lots of light during that final two weeks of water only. If I ever get a plant that IMO is absolutely gucchi then I might stem split.
@Big123 I almost spend as much time looking at your girls as mine…DUDE!!!
They are awesome!!! Well done brother!!!
PS: Watch out for the cabbage loopers… got some pillars early this week and after BT Monday followed up last night when I found a few super small ones. They say the cycle is 3-4 days from egg to hatch.
@DaGoose thank you, I do post a lot of pictures. I’m just grateful to be able to grow, only fantasized about other places that allowed it before. The cooler than average weather treating my flowering ladies amazing the past few days and it’s supposed to stick around for next 10 days! They’re drinking water like crazy too.
I’ve sprayed the last 4 weeks with BT, going to do again this weekend, been seeing lots of butterflies and moths.
Already thinking about next year myself . Stelio have some seeds from this year , but I’m thinking about doing something else . Just can’t make up my mind on what . But I’m going to do two at most and start them under lights probably like January. And do some 100 gal pots …
Great minds think alike, I just ordered some Grand Daddy Purple, and more GSC-x seeds from ILGM- your grow got me off the fence about needing to grow purple buds next season.
