Should Cal Mag be used for all stages of growth or just veg?

This is my first outdoor grow as an experiment, and I started using CalMag after seedling cycle, beginning of grow cycle, once a week with my organic fertilizers! I am learning that the regular cycles seem to revert to natural cycles outdoors. This is 3rd month outdoors which I put out about a month after the seedling cycle. Not into bloom cycle yet but plant is getting ready to. Plant is 7-7 1/2 feet tall.
