At this point I have flushed with about 10 gallons and things are looking good. One thing I am concerned about it the main cola being ahead of the others. It is ready to be put in the dark then harvested but the other colas still have some white pistols. Is this normal or should I be worried. I am not sure if I should wait until the rest catch up or just keep going into harvest because I don’t want to ruin the main cola (which is enormous compared to the others).
Thanks!

The main cola that is likely ready to be harvested is the 3rd picture. It has some amber trichomes
Yeah that happens, the tops can ripen faster than the lower parts. You can just harvest the main cola, lower the light and allow the rest of the plant to have another week or so. Or just go longer until most of the buds are ripe.

Exactly what @Hellraiser said, I have done both, even on outdoor grows, when the weather decides to extend the season a bit

Agree with the replies given. Personally have taken the main down and allowed the rest of the flowers to mature. It looks like you still have some time though. It is odd saying this but the bud in the 3rd picture looks to healthy and still wants to grow. Additionally, the amber trichomes look like they are on sugar leaves. These will mature earlier than the bud / calyx trichomes. Take a small sample from the bud and examine it with your scope or loupe. I love my USB scope but I have a hard time distinguishing between clear and cloudy because of the way light reflects off the trichomes. A ver nice problem to have.
