Specifically I’m looking for side by side pics of bud size, density, and yields growing under led. I’m currently working under 2- Galaxy hydro 300 watt and considering going to 1- 1000. Convince me it’s worth the $. My current light have lots of life left. My yields are more then sufficient to meet my needs. Bud size can be misleading, has a lot to do with how many buds per plant there are. An untrained single cola plant can produce a really big cola even under relatively weak light. Running something like a scrog that produces a ton of tops they are naturally smaller, even under really good lights.
I get that. That’s why I’m curious about density and yields as well
Other factors will include grow experience,strain,soil, nutes, etc. I’m not really sold on the light upgrade idea but it’s a cold dreary Sunday here and besides laundry and brushing my dog I don’t have much to do. Thanks for your input tho always good to have some one looking at it from a different perspective.
