I’ll b watching if that’s ok. I love white rhino and have never grown Bruce but I do use NFTG. Watch that Zeus juice. That stuff is nasty and hard to clean up. But other than that some of them smell really good. Oh and they work well.
Late, but I’m set to stalking!
What he said Best of luck on your new adventure!
Good luck. I’m just starting a Bruce Banner myself. it was the main reason I bought the pop culture pack. Good luck and enjoy your grow I’ll be watching
Also tagging along for some pointers. NOTG is growing popularity around lately eh?
once I use up my Fox Farm nutrients I’m considered trying some myself.
Have a nice night
I’m trying to get caught up again Thanks for the tag and I already know that you are going to have fun with this next grow
Thanks it will be good. I just saw weather and going to get hit with some hot weather next week. So probably after that I am going to start!
Oh each day is closer then the next to get started. Going to be humid and hot next couple days. Got to hook up new inline fan for intake. Went with a 6 in 400 cfm. My hopes is to have more adjustments with the intake. I think with the extra power it should help cool the room down a bit. Going to try running lights at night to cut down on heat. Also when it gets cool it will help heat up the place.
Setting to watching while my Bruce banner comes
Well it has been a little while since i have done anything. I guess I should get my act together. I have been battling some personal issues. So it is time to get my head out of my butt and get moving.
So still got some cleaning to do and some painting which I hope to get out of work early and get some work done before going to pick up my kid at school.
I wish everything is going well.
Thanks! Well without going in too many details. My dad has been in hospital for about a month and no mention of leaving yet. Mentally I struggle and my wife was not happy with me and the amount of weed I smoke. I do smoke a fair amount but didn’t think it was out of control and still don’t but I will cut back. Happy wife happy life or something like that.
So anyways on to the good stuff. Got some of the painting done today and tomorrow hopefully get some more done. Cleaning and hooking up the new intake fan. Anyone know what kind of life a carbon filter has? I use a prefilter which in hope to keep out the fine dust.
i have copd and had to cut back smoking…
i use capsules now as maintaining vessel, and smoke here and there…
i used to smoke up whole house…lol
i was reluctant at first thinking that i would be wasting my good buds…lol
i save the top primo buds for smoke and decarb the rest…
helps my rage, and soothes my joints!
i keep pre filter cleaned between grows…still on same 6’’ it has been almost a year now and still working…lol
hoping you find that middle line everyone can live with bother…you are not alone.
Thanks @BIGE
Yeah I am going to see how it works out with filter. I clean the prefilter or get new one they are cheap enough. It will be the 3rd grow with filter. I thought I read somewhere that you can reverse them and get some extra life out of it.
Thinking out loud here but would still like some opinions. I really dont want to be spending anymore money right at the moment but I will if it is going to help. So I am working on my intake and exhaust. @Countryboyjvd1971 I know you are the man when it comes to this stuff. What I am doing for intake is switch out the 4in 220cfm inline fan to a 6in. 400cfm. The 6in will be reduced to a 4in perforated tube that runs around the grow room floor. Then the thought for the exhaust is to go from a 6in 440cfm to an 8in ?cfm I would guess it to be around the 600cfm or so? Anyways it would be going to an 6in exhaust tube. Also would be running a 6in carbon filter. My thought is that if I have more power I can run them at lower speed and be a bit quieter. Does this sound reasonable? or is by reducing the sizes of pipes and filters going to cause issues? So anyone want to chime in please do and have a great day! @North_East_Newbie @Willd @BIGE @Screwauger @Hogmaster @dbrn32 @Coltfire @Niala @Covertgrower
Smaller duct, filters, and longer lengths of duct will all create static pressure on your system and reduce airflow. Personally, I would look at getting a fan that’s not as loud with speed controller that’s compatible sized properly or even maybe a little more than you need. Then try to eliminate as much duct as possible.
Not really sure SE.
I have 6" intake & exhaust, with a 6" filter.
I know nothing about this topic, but figured I;d tell you what I have going.
Hope CB has the answers!
Couple shot of intake. Room is 4x6. @dbrn32 I do have speed controllers on intake and exhaust.
Thanks @North_East_Newbie how have you been?
I forgot some details. I am in a shed and I think I have ran the least for exhaust pipe. I had another thought was to put a booster inline fan to help pull air through the exhaust. That way I can exhaust outside instead of in the shed. Then I run exhaust fan in shed to get the old air out. An open window in shed brings in fresh air from outside
