Whats your water level below the net pot? Potentially overwatering assuming your food mix is good. Its early so you have some time to troubleshoot.

Are the other plants older? That seems small for that high of a feeding. I think too much can either burn, or lock out uptake. Surprisingly they don’t look like they e been nuked in the solution.
What’s the recipe taking you to 1160ppm?
Edit: top growth looks good. Nice & Nitrogen rich.
@James12345 your new growth looks nice. Maybe you can just pluck them out soon and rid yourself of the eyesore.

pH may be slightly high. 6.1 is right on the edge of the high end.
Maybe aim for 5.8 would give a little room for drifting.
Sometimes a single plant may do better or worse at a particular pH point.
