Big mystery but someone my know why?

A customer has a question or concerns and I hope we can get some opinions on it, thanks

“I have over ten years experience in indoor growing. Since I started using ILGM seeds, I have a problem with having plants that just won’t grow tall unlike the others and produce very little. I am very happy with your service but this has become a big problem. I grow 10 plants and usually 3 to 4 will be that way. Any help. Problem never happened before but has been repeating? You suggest I answer a lot of questions, however, I don’t think it’s that important. I have a sprouting table that I’ve been using over 10 years. I can tell when the seeds start growing that there are plants that are much shorter than the others. after moving them to the grow room the short ones stay short and produce very little. I am very happy with dealing with you and don’t want to go elsewhere. There is a reason for everything and the same apply here. This is a big deal for me as it lowers my harvest a lot. Remember, I have been doing the same thing for over 10 years. Only change is the seeds and I hate even saying that! Big mystery but someone my know why? If this is something you have never heard of then that also must mean something. Wow, I feel like such a pest - sorry! Please ask around let me know if you have any ideas! Thanks!”

The question help us judge what going on in your grow room
With out that info we would just be guessing
:v: Happy growing
I myself have not experienced anything like that with the seeds from Iglm ?

From the way that you speak and after 10 years of doing this it sounds like your grows are very automated… ( IE ) watering times , feedings regimens and everything in between… I would suggest that you start cloning plants to get the kind of expected growth that you desire… every seed is different , we all know this and some seeds produce more than others…
I would suggest you pick out the very best ones that have grown very well for you and clone from them to make sure that your grows are more predictable in the future…
only thing I could think of…
