Best way to store trim before making hash?

I’m going to be collecting the trim (dry trimming) from 3 plants, over 1-2 weeks, and later making dry ice hash from them. What is the best way to store the trim for a few weeks?

I put mine in a freezer in a gallon baggie.

I definitely place my trim in the freezer several days before making Bubble hash. But I keep it in mason jars. And burp along with other stash. Tedious and time consuming-but worth it.
Now you make me wonder🤔… I was under the impression we had to cure the bud first-then make Bubble hash. Well,on a positive note I hope my flavors are smooth and yummy.
