Best light schedule for clones

Hi what is best light schedule for clones of a mother plant I have a heated prop and a t5 light what is best 24 hours it 18 6

Best would be an 18/6 veg light cycle.
They need a break from the light for other plant processes. Can’t remember what they are called tho. :v:

I’ve done both 18/6 and 24/0, my clones don’t care either way. I get roots in 10 days regardless. In winter I like to do 24/0 just to have the light keep the tent temps stable, cold nights slow things down.
