please help before it’s to late for her
She is fine looks like a little to much water I wouldn’t worry about the little yellow spot let her dry a day and spray again in a day or so if you pick up the cup you can tell it if it’s light it needs water if it’s got weight then your good make sure you have holes it the bottom of your cups
She doesn’t look sad, she looks fine. Just stop the watering, that soil looks quite wet. Let her dry out for a day or two, and don’t panic.

But One last suggestion
Mist soil not plant when you mist water droplets can magnify the light intensity and burn your leaves just a heads up
Otherwise they look good and yeah dont ovet water with domes or bags ti keep humidity in they may not need misting more than once a day
If you see water droplets on bags or dome most likely the soil will still be damp
