planted 2 seeds of white widow 6 weeks ago, 1 plant is doing great, the other is barely growing, any suggestions on what the problem might be? indoor grow, LED lights on full,

Welcome to the forum.

The first one looks good. The second looks like too much nutrients. What soil are you using (brand and type) and have you been feeding it nutrients rather than just water?

Thanks, Im using Promix HP soil, using nutes (dutch nutrient Gro-A and Gro B) at 1/8 strength every second watering, also monitoring PH, humidity and temp. (nutes for the good one are already at 1/2 strenghth)
