My situation speaks for itself lol.I have a 4x4x6.5 tent with 600w LED… pots are 3 gals for these super skunk autos…temp stays between 73 and 80 all times with fan circulation inside. Im way past 8 weeks to veg,but this plant wont stop stretching… Now I have never used max lighting on this grow due to only 3/5 of seeds germinated…(bought 20 from ILGM)…auto most was 250w

Supercropping is probably the best option available. Be sure to bruise the stem before bending it so that it doesn’t break on you.

If that is supposed to be an auto, it has misfired and needs the lights to be 12/12 to induce flowering.
@MidwestGuy is correct about supercropping or you may need to do some serious top/trim to get it under control before inducing flower. Flowering usually adds 50-100% more height.
I would bend her over carefully over a course of a few days. Use say Paracord as the way to tie her down. After her Cola gets heavy, you can release her. I had to learn to grow Horizontally due to my plants pushing past 7 to 8 feet tall. Well my Sativa dominant ones as the Indicas range from 3 to 5 feet tall.
