I believe my 200w barriha less were too high at right around 3 feet and I kept the dimmer at about 50% for first few days. On day 14 now, seeds directly in soil all but 3 soaked in water for 18 hours first. Mediums are all the same, 50% humidity temps stay in the 70s. 5 gallon cloth pots, afraid of over watering and let them get borderline too dry, I watered the entire pots because they were dry dry next morning they were already bone dry again so I watered slowly all day because they reached that point where they are so dry it turns to straight run off, not to mention my soul is aerated very well in my opinion. Had 3 pants with only one cotyledon and the other was non existent or extremely deformed. Problems all over its been a battle. Soil pH close to 7. That’s all I got for now please help I need opinions thank you!! Btw the plants were drooping significantly more before watering and almost instantly rose up.
Right now you plant is putting down roots. I think it’s good you went straight to the larger pot.
Give her a cup of water every other day or so. When she starts growing you can give her more water. I water my veg plats with a cup and a half per gallon of soil every other day or so with a good soak every week or so. Flowering plants get double the amount of water, but the frequency is the same with the same flood/drought cycle.
What is the soil you are using? It looks kind of “chunky”. That would make it hard to absorb water.
Hey welcome, 2 questions what is your soil ? Also in one of your pics think I a small a soil probe ? Are you using that to test your ph? They can be wildly inaccurate, I used one before on my blueberries, killed them. All that said congrats, definitely heading in right direction, good luck
Blend of potting soil, castings, Perlite and vermiculite 8-2-2-1 respectively and has no problem retaining water. The probe is junk I just put it In there to see what the moisture said other than that it’s shit lol it’s the auto sweet mix
Young seedlings absorb water through their leaves until the roots are established enough to start feeding. I would cover them with a clear dome, solo cup works great, the condensation created inside will be absorbed by the leaves. I keep the dome on for the the first 10-12 days and water a ring around the cup. That’ll get those roots spreading out searching for the water
Welcome to the community !

Welcome
You want your ph btwn 6.3 - 6.5, ideally.
Your going to need to be careful that Str-Green has nutes in it. It’s like Miracle Grow time release nutes. Going to be hard to pin point problems later, but you got it, some people grow with miracle grow and have great results. Also second the done of clear ziplock bag, for first few days, or make it humid, like 70-80 if possible, leaves soak up water through air, keep up good work
I also use Sta-Green soil. It is not quite like MG soil. The nutes are temperature release rather than every time you water as in MG.
You do not want a medium that ‘retains water’. This will damp off the plant and ultimately drown it. Mixing media not designed for cannabis almost guarantees you will not be in the correct PH range for cannabis to grow properly.
Thanks for the clarification, I use that stuff in my raised garden bed works great. Sorry for the false info guys
