So some interesting developments on the state legal side:

As we know, the federal govt has cut the hemp growers off at the knees. Hemp is a wonderful plant, provides so many assets, and it is a shame to see how regulatory entities are dividing the carcasses of our milder brethren. However my state has taken further steps to limit lawful medical growers is Their own pursuits. The law has passed to Limit seed sales to just dispos, which may cause me some very serious problems as I Love Growing Marijuana, and there is this whole Company with the same vision

My state has banned medical growers from selling their excess. This has always been a known part of the law, so why bring it up? Well…In other news, hemp growers are advancing an addendum in the vote to allow personal growers (separate from medical) to sell their excesses if they are tested first. One way to beat the dispo monopoly. This new amendment is being spearheaded by hemp growers. They ain’t too happy about the dispos monopoly so they are trying to make the legacy market legal. “Wanna take away THCa? Make it impossible for me to sell fiber, Hurd, and Cbd flower?? Cool! We are gonna flood the market, make you drop your prices to compete with grassroots weed, and f^€k you.”

Carry on my growmies. I hope I can still be here a few Months. But if the state gets too tight with the regulations I’m a ghost :ghost:

Aspergillosis and like infections kill more of my transplant patients that the actual treatment, it is serious. I would be interested in seeing the testing process here. Up until this year the state has been fairly pro-growers. I’m worried about what this might mean for my medical grows. Especially if I can’t get seeds reliably or priced reasonably anymore. Gonna need to do some crossing grows this summer
