My question is my plant’s leaves are getting yellow (as you can see in picture) and are looking like they are burning and thiz is with all plants , my light distance earlier was 23-24 inches above and now i have put it to around 30 inches , but also they are looking like they are burning , can you please tell me?

They need a drink loosen the dirt up a little bit and slowly give them water

Your soil looks super compacted to me, when you go to transplant please amend your soil with some perlite (or similar). These plants like a light, loose soil with plenty of air in the substrate.

What are you using for soil?
