Will a hlg600 flower a 5×5 room?does it have enough par?

Yes. The theoretical ppfd average would be almost 700 umols/s. On 12 hour schedule that gives you dli of about 30. Which is a little low but technically within guidelines.

What light woukd reccomend for a 5×5
Probably going to depend a little on how you intend on using it.

I would recommend a different light under different conditions. I was trying to go look at your journals and see how you grow. But if it’s that big of deal to take a few minutes i’m sure someone else is plenty willing to shoot from the hip.

@Toffnkbl I’m not sure if you realize it but you just acted like a total to one of the most respected MODERATORS on this site.
I see someone who was trying to narrow the parameters before making a suggestion, which he would have gladly, and instead of responding in a civil manner you showed your immaturity.

Trying to narrow it down to an hlg 600 or 2 vipars 400 watt.the 2 lights might be 2 much heat.
Any suggestions wouod be greatly appreciated

Lets start over @Toffnkbl . Yes an HLG 600 should be plenty for your 5x5. Between them and the vipar go hlg. Not only top shelf diodes you get top shelf service. Good luck in your grow and please understand everyone up here wants everyone to succeed. We are a very very polite and respectfull bunch. Follow those standards and everyone will bend over backwards to assist you. Welcome to the forum.

Ok well he was asking on how u wanna grow one plant 2 plants 10 plants sea of green scrog ect. If we know basic way u wanna do things it’ll help decide what light or lights best fit for u. Right. Ow we know. Nothing but u coming off to be a 
for no reason. If u do one plant possibly 2 the 600 would work if u do more than possibly 2 seperate lights might soot u better as u can adjust them for diff heights of plants

@Toffnkbl the hlg-600 isn’t even the best light for a 5x5 that horticulture lighting group sells. If you’re looking for best light it definitely won’t say Viparspectra on it. You want to check out HLG’s scorpion diablo or maybe chilled tech x6 600. Both are going to provide higher light output and greater coverage over a larger canopy.
