I used to have a friend that cut hair, bag up the hair for me. I didn’t want a bunch of my hair around my grow site. The same allure got me into shining as well when I was younger :
Beautiful country, for sure ![]()
@Bubbles heres my little journal
PH should not be that big of an issue since you are in the ground, I imagine the “micro-herd” will manage that for you.
@AAA I’m not actually in the ground, I just dump peat moss on top of the scrawny layer of soil out there. I’m not sure what to do about watering. I got ph 6.8ish in my tap and guessing that pond is ph 6.0-6.5
Maybe pond is better for this soiless medium?
I would say, try it.
So what containers are you in?
No containers, dirt on ground @AAA
So the roots will grow into the native soil which has microbes in it which will help adjust the PH for the plants liking.
@arcticGrow Thanks, looks great where your at. Good luck with your grow and I’ll be sticking around to learn.
So far so good for 6 of the girls. Been some cold nights, temps 8-9c (46-48F) so they haven’t grown as much as expected, but warmer weather is on it’s way ![]()
One of the piles of dirt slid out during heavy rain and exposed some roots on one plant, it tipped over. We’ll see how goes. No bugs or deer thankfully.
Looks alright?
Thanks @repins12 , it sure is.
looking good! They will be super hardy from their exposure.
@AAA they will, but I’m afraid I’ve stunted some of them. Left in small pots too long I guess.
Some pics from today
Really taking off! Nice and healthy, good color, they’re loving it outside
Looking good my friend ![]()
