How much nutrients are you.giving them and how often?
Honestly ive had these since 6/13/17 firstt week they were nice and fine started out with 4 now only 2 survivors. My first grow ever so basically no knowledge besides what iread on the internet or in the marijuana/ horticulture bible. But Since then ihavent noticed much growth. Only used a bit of b1 when itransplanted the clones from red solo cups to the plastic pots there in now. Last week noticed they had a lot of yellow in them so ihad used this bag of GH Maxigro. Put half of recommended amount ina gallon jug of sink water. Watered them and noticed greener leaves after couple days. The results are the pictures just posted. Feel like its almost been a month n havent seen much of a difference besides trying to keep them alive. Any advice, tips, suggestions are all welcomed due to lack of experience plz n thnk you.
They look burnt but let some of the others chum in
What is the PH of your water? Are you letting the tap water sit for 24hrs before giving it to your plants?
Im not sure on the ph honestly and no inever thought about lettin it sit before. Itypically use half dranken water bottles layin around. Idid fillup a gallon jug of sink water with the maxigro nutes. Barely used a qrtr or less of that. Been sittin in cabinet with other supplies since then tho.
Yee ifeel that bruh just unsure if its because of the sun, the time iused the b1 or some other type of defficiency. Ohh im also using happy frog potting soil for these clones iforgot to mention not sure if that adds to any problems

Your water PH is VERY important. You can get by with a cheap meter.

Letting the water sit in a open container lets all the chlorine evaporate if your on City water.
Forsure ill look into that. Also iforgot to mention that im using happy frog potting soil. Not sure if that adds additional problems for the plants @Rugar89
Not at all. Mine sprouted in Happy Frog. When I transplanted they went into a bottom layer of Ocean Forest, with a top layer of Happy Frog.
@Yungjozer18Boiling water also gets the chlorine out, and its faster. It definitely looks like burn bro.
Suggestion:
- get a ph meter and ph control liquids.(up and down)
- boil up 3gallons of water and let cool, then get the ph to
(6.5). - flush your soil with the three gallons.
- do nothing else for a few days to her.
You need to get the soil nutrients down. Happy frog has simi good nutrients in it that will last for a few weeks in that pot size for a plant your height. I think when you added nutrients, even though a small amount, you burnt you plant. It’s ok though. She will survive this. Just flush her and let her recover. Wait till you get some new growth going, trim off the damaged leaves, and watch her heal. It’s amazing what she can do. After a week or two you will be able to introduce lite nutrients. LITE NUTRIENTS. Your girl might be a little sensitive. All strains have their own likes and dislikes on amounts of nutrients they can handle. Best to start small. It seems you know this already, just didn’t factor in the soil having nutrients in it already. Happy grow my friend. @Yungjozer18
Note: your plant will show signs of over watering after the flush. Set in sun in a breezy area to dry her out.
@Dmft420 okok ima try this out as well appreciate those tip. Is it possible these leaves could burn or cringe up because of to much sun exposure? Past couple days here in northern cali we got a heat wave. Hardly any days below 87 with about 70% humidty all tho it feels fairly dry. Heard that to much sun can cause my roots to cook, Noticed a couple times where my soil seemd dried out half way thru my days so iwud re water, than use cardboard with a hole in the middle to cover the surronding soil, Not sure if that enhances growth or stops it.
@Yungjozer18
I didn’t realize your plants are out side.
Two much sun is exactly what’s wrong. Im going thru the same thing right now as well after some 100deg+.days last week. Except mine are curled much more. She needs some shade.
@Yungjozer18
The photo from above is my indoor grow.
My outdoor grow is here.
Heat stress would show other signs before burning up like you have. Has your girl had curled up leaves for more than a week? Look at the bottom pic , see how the leaf looks like a taco shell. Did your plant have these? If so, yes to much heat and needs shade, if not, I’m still going with nutrient burn.
Or a combination of both nute burn AND heat stress?
How’s the drainage of soil? How often are you watering?
Nutrient burn will stunt plants, and so will bad drainage/overwatering…
Maybe still a little transplant shock for these clones. I see the cut tips on some leaves, the root system is still be getting established. As already suggested, control the sun exposure, and manage your pH.
Yee they loooked like that for a couple days to. Due to trying to flush the bit of nutes iused before ialso notice some drooping hoping they be back tomarrow after a good 4-5 hrs of sun. And yes there in happy frog potting soil under the sun iknow sherbet typically grown indoor but ifigure igive it a try @Rugar89 @Dmft420
not sure if the drainage is good or not, itypically water when inotice the soil slightly grey to grey until isee a good amount flow out the bottom. Ihave a little pot that has better looking flower more growth to it rather than the one in the bigger pot which tips of leaves are brown n yellow slightly any to no growth. @Big123
