Looks like light bleaching to me.
I was thinking this looked like there may be fungus gnat issue or something like that. Then damaged leaves were more susceptible to some light damage.
It’s strange because she’s literally gone through and received the exact same tinder love and care as 6 others right next to her. Maybe transplant her to fresh soil or remove her from the grow space? Thanks for everyone’s input.
When you post pictures of your plants and garden can you take them in more natural light?
To me, this looks like a copper & zinc deficiency or the plant wants more light. This deficiency affects the top of the plant first and as seen your bottom growth looks healthy.
