Let’s get you started with a ILGM support ticket that my buddy, Latewood, had first developed for our ILGM support forum. It’s is a great checklist of things in your plant’s environment that might help give us an idea of what could be going wrong.
Answer all the relevant questions the best you can, if you do not know, or do not use something, just say so or put ‘NA’.
ILGM Support Ticket:
What is the strain and type(unknown bag seed, strain name, regular seeds, feminized seeds, auto-flower, etc)?
Indoor or Outdoor? If outdoor, planted in ground or in a container?
Size of space (max height and area, length/width)?
Soil or Hydro? Type of Medium used? System type?
pH? Of the soil or medium (root zone/reservoir/runoff) and of the water and/or nutrient mix that is fed to the plant?
Type and strength of nutrients used? NPK? EC/TDS/PPM levels?
Temperature? Day vs. night temp or highest and lowest temps? Root zone temps?
Humidity %? Day vs. night
Light system/watts/lumens/FLUX/PAR?
Ventilation system? Size? CFM? CO2? AC, Humidifier, De-humidifier?
Number “weeks/days” from into Season, Vegetative Growth or Bloom/flowering?

Strains are 2 Sativa’s and 1 indica - blue dream, supernatural, and xxx OG!
Indoor grow
Space - closet, 6 feet tall, and 4ft wide!
Soil - Happy Frog
Soil PH - NA, Water PH - Na
Nutrients - B-52, so far only one watering with nutes!
Daytime temp - 70-75, Night time temp - 60 +
Humidity - NA
Light - cheap fluorescent grow light from Lowes! I believe I definitely need more wattage.
Ventilation - NA, bedroom windows and fan!
4 weeks into grow - currently vegetative!

Well, I do see some problems of concern in your leaves.
I get that a lot of people start off thinking it is a weed, and one should be able to put it in some good soil and just water it and all will be good. And to a certain extent this can work. Soil can buffer and sometimes compensate for some shortcomings in a feeding regiment (fertilizer additive) and maybe even compensate, to a certain extent, for watering with water that might be a little too hard and/or alkali in pH, as is the case very often with household tap water.
Also, when growing in soil – you have to be sure the way you are growing will provide enough nutrients the entire life cycle. This is usually done with at least one transplant to a much larger container about midway through the plant’s life-cycle, and the sizes of the containers, and or number of transplants might vary and depend on your desired results and final overall size you want the plant or plants to get.
And so, in your case, I am going to guess, more than only the light being a little too weak and causing some of the stretch and thin look to your plants, it is also likely the plants are having a hard time filling out due them not being able to make good use of the nutrients in the soil because some of the nutrients may becoming unavailable due to a pH nutrient lockout or other problem building up in the soil, maybe nutrient salt build up.
Also, be sure you are not over watering and the roots are getting enough aeration, the roots don’t like it to stay too wet, they like well draining soils, not too unlike a cactus’s roots. Having the roots drowning in too saturated of soil for too long will also cause a pH and nutrient uptake problem at the roots, in and of itself.
I’m not entirely sure what is in b-52, but either way we still need to know what is in the soil and in your water to know why your plant’s leaves are looking stunted, twisted and a little burnt.
It is worthwhile getting the tools to be able to know the answers to the questions you were not able to fill out.

Ok! I’ve been using bottled drinking water for the plants! They haven’t had house tap water not once… Are you familiar with the happy frog soil? I can get the contents of it later this evening!..
It doesn’t matter what is in happy frog, I need to know what is going on in your soil now. Bottled water might still cause problems, we need to know these measurements in the bottled water as well.
Also, I have transplanted once from red cups to the pots they are in now! Transplant was 1- 2 weeks ago!
Ok so you need the pH of the soil then?
All the questions that were not answered will help, the TDS or EC of nutrient and other salts building up in the soil as well as the pH would be good to know, as well as a list of what is in happy frog, I can’t go and learn every single soil out there.
As well as the possible mineral content of the bottled water, if it is distilled or near zero PPM water, we need to know that as well.
No worries! Don’t expect you too! What is TDS ? EC? I will get the pH for you ASAP! As well as a list of what’s in happy frog!

EC =Electrical Conductivity
I read bad advice regarding meters for measuring these values all the time.
The “bottom line”; Is, You need a benchmark measurement, to evaluate you’re solution. It does not matter whether it is EC; Or, TDS.
As long as you can measure you’re solution, you can grow happily.
