Am I nuts but does this photo

Hello everyone! Okay, I just may be getting a bit more neurotic than normal but here’s the question: Do one of these seedlings look like a different strain than the other two plants? They are eight days old and it’s my first time getting two sets of leaves. I’m happy with that. The plant with the smaller leaves has me confused as it doesn’t resemble it’s sisters.
Also, I just got my Ph and other testers and was wondering if there are any mentors out there that will assist me with this grow? I’m a quick study and would like some wisdom that I can dial into.
Okay, thanks in advance and everyone have a leafly day!!!
Lastly, how do I send a Post on this Forum. I know I’ve send 2 topics already. I tapped on every place I could yet have no idea what sends the question or update to this board.

Individual cannabis plants are cousins at best and appearance will naturally vary, even if of the same strain.

It’s impossible to determine strain by visual appearance.

Im not sure what this means.
You are obviously sending the posts you make.
Once you are done typing you simply hit “REPLY” and it is sent. Btw you ave a few minutes to edit a post and can fix typos or just add to your post if wanted. After about 5 minutes it will not be editable any longer.

Here is a list of helpful members whom you can tag for assistance.

Thank you. There is a “Reply” here but not when I create a “New Topic” however, what you’ve answered makes sense. I guess it’s automatic. I just thought I hit something that made it post but want sure.

So on a computer there are 3 different “Reply” buttons.
In this pic the red arrow points to the Reply that will let you post a message directly to the individual comment no matter where it is in the thread. Perhaps it was a comment from a month ago but it will reference that particular post in the thread.
The green arrow points to the general reply that is just in reference to the entire thread itself. Its not connected to any particular comment.

This next pic shows the third occurrence of a “Reply” button that is present when you are typing in a comment to a post or just in the thread. Once done typing you hit this reply for the comment to be posted.

This is the edit icon and lets you fix the post if you spot something wrong after you hit Reply. I use this a LOT!

Summer 2022 outdoor orgy, fathered bag seeds.
Still germinated after 18 months storage.

None look the same.

That would be so fun to do in an open field.
I would love to seed an acre or two and let it go feral for a few years and then see what its like a few generations down the line. Let the plant go back to whatever it wants on its own.
Perhaps planting 10 or 20 different strains and let them naturally pollenate and reseed on their own.

I would, if I could.
Y-E-S, for science, too.

For future grows, it’s better to start your seeds in a solid color cup so the roots don’t get light on them. You could slide those into a solo cup if you wanted. Also, be careful not to overwater. That need very little water at this point.

Thank you. Lol, they’d never fit in a solo cup. Next time I’ll use that method though.

Are there holes in the bottoms of those pots @SirBuddy

Absolutely. Also, their roots are not exposed to any light.

Make sure you dont over water MJ needs a wet/dry cycle. Seedlings that small need very little water. You also dont want to water directly on the stem you want to water in a circle an inch or 2 away. I like to put a solo cup over my sprouts and water around the outside of the cup then remove the cup. As they get older get used to the weight difference between when the soil is dry and when its wet. At this point you could probably water once every 3 days.

Back in the 70s, I used to work on a Municipal golf course. Along the far side of one of the Par-3 roughs was the compost pile. It was almost as long as the hole itself (@150 yards) After I finished smoking my oz. I would scatter the seeds all over it. By the end of the season, there’d be dozens of skinny Mexican ditchweed plants growing all over it. The only downside was there were about other 20 potheads that worked in the park that found out about it. Some were nice enough to ask me if I had planted any of them, some weren’t. :sunglasses:

The time I have wasted, looking for and smoking ditch weed.
More than I could imagine.
Now I know none of it was worth the effort.
Probably got high, just from holding my breath, waiting to exhale.

Shee-it, what we didn’t know about growing back then. We used to strip the leaves off & during lunch hour bake them in my Mom’s oven until they were dry, then roll up some fatties. Hey, after work & half a dozen beers at the corner bar, all was good !

Hi everyone, Happy Easter early!
A couple of days ago I asked if my plants were the same strain. I really appreciated the responses that I received. I just wanted to share that they probably were all related but with one that was dampening off. I didn’t water until this morning because I could tell that they needed a drink because they were drooping somewhat. The third plant has passed over leaving these 2 thriving babies. I just looked over at them and they are back to looking like 2 birds soaring through the air. 150cc’s of H20 seems to be the lucky input #. It’s VERY hard not watering these girls so, if anyone will continue to respond with, “Don’t Water until Sunday or Monday”, I won’t take offense!
Ok, on with the Day…
