He has the feeding chart but he couldn’t get the weeks down because it skipped a week and through him off. He’s my cousin I told him to make an account and get on here because I learned a lot from in here
I just realized, are we talking dolomitic lime? It’s early, haven’t finished my coffee yet
I’m not completely sure, I was able to create a topic through his account better explaining everything he’s having trouble with.
But also glitch, should I go ahead and give my a girl a feeding everyday now ? Or go about every 2-3 days beings she’s still pretty wet from yesterday feeding.
probably still a little early, but again that’s more of a guess than an experienced opinion
Always wait until the surface of the dirt is dry. I check with my finger and if it’s dry to the first knuckle then it’s good to go to water for me. I’ve never watered daily. I found every 3 days and sometimes four work for me
That only applies to soil. Coco shouldn’t be allowed to dry.
Yea Davey I’m in coco so I don’t think I’m suppose to allow it to completely dry, but also read somewhere that it shouldn’t need it every single day beings she’s just starting off and won’t be taking in as much.
Ah I missed that.
Fed yesterday for the first time, checked her this morning was not dried out at all. Just got home from work about 10 mins ago and she still looks the same. So I’m gonna say it’ll most likely be every 2-3 days now until she gets a little bit bigger and know she can handle being in wet mediums. Once she hits full veg her ass is gonna be fed every single day.
Yeah I do a good soak every 3 days, like you said when she hits veg the system will be turned on. We got 3-4 more weeks of this.
I can’t wait, so tired of the hand feeding
I feel ya on that.
Alright guys so no go on the watering everyday. I backed off to every 3 days and she’s still not taking it well. Gonna have to let her dry out a little bit and see if she makes a turn around. (Really hoping) but I am currently on day 14 of seedling 2 weeks from pop.
Or maybe she’s looking for stronger nutes but it more so looks way over watered
Give her a little more light bring is closer to the heat help dry her up, just a idea to try
I have the tent at 77-80 degrees. Humidity at 55-60%. Light is on roughly 45-50% beings it’s a 100w light. Also right at recommended height
Have you soaked pot or just water around her?
Is the pot heavy or light?
I had to up my nutes for them to make a move, not sure if you following my journal.
My girl been doing the feedings. I told her I’m not really sure if we should be getting run off just yet but it doesn’t hurt to see if she can take it. Once that happen she went droopy. I told her lay off a little bit let her dry out a little and we’ll see if that’s the problem. She was just fed today so pot is still pretty heavy. Beings I’m growing in coco I’m gonna say in 3 days is when I’ll start seeing the top layer start to dry. I’m gonna push it a week with giving nothing and see if that’s gonna be the turn around and adjust from there.
Beings you brought up my light you caused me to go ahead and check the height with my measuring tape and found out that I was sitting at round 12 inches it’s recommended for 24 through 36 with led but I only have 100w light
So I moved her up to 24 and see what that does. I could have sworn I was sitting around 18on the previous grows but fail to remember each one is gonna be different
Also which grow journal this way I can make sure to follow along !
The Lighttbrightt’s Shenanigans journal
Yeah definitely if it’s heavy she’s over watered.bgive her some time and you’ll see results, you could probably dome her and spray the inside daily so she’s still getting some moisture up top at least while the bottom dries. Just recommending what I did. It helped.
You’re reading my mind bright, but I have my humidifier going so she shouldn’t need the dome correct ? I was just thinking about this as well.
I will be follow now
