@PurpNGold74 - I looked at the plant and it looks like a PH problem that I’ve had before.

Unless you’ve had your water tested, you don’t truly know what’s in there. It might even be things that the plant won’t or can’t take up.
This is what I do when using non filtered water that has not had a water analysis:
-I never exceed 1500ppm.
-So lower ppms numbers I might not even calculate the hard water numbers in, however when getting into higher numbers closer to 1500ppm then I will calculate the hard water numbers in everytime.
I don’t hardly ever exceed 800ppms in veg and do well. If I was working with your numbers then I would be working with about 950ppms max (150ppm water and 800ppm of fertilizer)
Later in flower, I wouldn’t take your fertilizer ppms past 1350ppm that way when the 150ppm water is added in then it doesn’t exceed 1500ppm

Rivers can be different than tap water.
Tap water has stuff “added” in that might not be able to be taken up by the plant for any number of reasons but most things in a river that found their way there naturally can probably bee taken up by the plant just fine but Idk…never used river water.
I only know how to work with tap because I was working with tap that was almost 400ppms so I’ve studied how to use my tap water.
River water will probably depend on the river. If it’s a river that “runs” really well then I bet it will be awesome water to use
Well water is different too.
You can have well water that can read 800ppm but all the particles be so large that they can’t be taken up by the plant
wow man, we have ‘tap’ water that comes from the river that is untreated and surrounded by agriculture. we use it for showering washing etc…
I luckily will never run out of the good stuff, if I do the plants will be the least of my worries…
so I haven’t thought of it properly, it could contain pathogens etc…, and groundwater is ok because of the natural filtration…makes sense…

Oh it absolutely can! You say your water is starting at 150 ppm ? Do you have any idea what those ppm are? As I said previously, if your water is much over 100 ppm you should use RO water. The other obvious issue is you don’t have much headroom with nutes with high starting values. I also pointed out to another person that 700 ppm is average for veg depending on your nutes? But remember that that is a nitrogen based mix. Some guys are pumping 1000 ppm in flower right? Try that with a nitrogen veg mix and see what happens! You will burn your plants to the ground! One thing that can be done is to use what your friends are having success with, if it’s working for them it should work for you. I just thought I’d ask this, fo you have a good EC pen? Is it calibrated properly and fairly often?
Yes I’m using pH and TDS meters from Amazon.
I do agree it is a lot easier if you use the same nutes as everyone else, im in Australia but have found something that works for me… but in your zone id say everyone I know uses general hydroponics, but it took me ages- months to ask for help regarding Si, but because my buddies use it they told me what I was doing wrong and we figured how to fix it… id love to use general hydro for that reason alone, hey this is happening? oh ok. done.
I still think that your water temps and the amount of water that your bucket will hold is creating your issues… 
Roots are great but yes less water in bucket now but temps and water weren’t an issue for nine weeks… I’m leaning towards a deficiency linked to my low PPM’s and am going to feed and up those ppm’s. Starting with fresh water and fresh nutes at a higher ppm.
@PurpNGold74 I double checked the lights they’re at 18".
According to their page, thats about right. Is that where its been at? Or where u moved it too?
Was lower when I first installed it adjusted it a few days later… But not crazy low similar to where my previous pair of 600w LED’s height.
@neofirebird FYI: I am growing hydro right now. If I have an advanced question, I look to @peachfuzz and @TDubWilly and @Bogleg as being experienced with the medium and able to address your issues well. They are the ones I tag first.

Your pics from 12 days prior are showing nutrient overload…
Both plants were showing tip burn and one plant with early signs of ph lockout …
I add 3 mill of cal-mag per gallon of water…
Can you list each or take a pic of each nutrient you use and in what order do you mix them…?
Might help us solve this problem…
