Hey guys, been slacking off here as far as reports go.
But all is good here…Hellbender ended up awesome…smooth piney flavor.
GSC is fire as well as the AK47. Vanilla Latte smells like vanilla and the Mimosa Cake smells like champagne. The Pineapple Express just was trimmed up after a 10 dry…its in the bin because I ran out of Mason jars!!
She smells fruity man.

The new girls are doing well and the AK47 mondo is almost done too.
There’s Runtz Muffin Fem in there, Runtzorbet auto, LA Cookies fem, Head Band fem and Gelato Cake autos
On the clone front, the Vader OG mother was uppotted to a 3 gal and so was one of the Bubba Island Kush clones.
The Citral Glue almost died due to lack of water but I saved her just in time and gave her a couple days of Optic Foliar spray.
The Bubba Island Kush plant finishes this week as she is just starting to get some amber.
She has the hardest nuggz. A real keeper so far. I’ll post her just about finished pic later.

That’s it for now folks. Hope yall had a wonderful Christmas and are set for a safe transition to the new year.

Happy New Year Growers!! Hope all of you got to this side of the calendar safely and healthy. Quiet celebrations here in NYC as the cov is changing people’s plans understandably.
All good…we got maked and rang in the New Year just the same.
On the grow front…
The Bubba Island Kush was harvested on Jan 1. Giving her 8 weeks from light flip to finish…fat solid buds on her and a great kushy smell at the chop that I hope to preserve. 6 week veg time, topped once, lollipopped after flip.

.
With that being done, 2 girls went into flower Runtz Muffin and Big Headband are in the small tent.
3 are in the 2x4 tent, Runtz Muffin LA Cookies and Another Headband.
In the garage “tent” are the autos and clones and 4yr old poinsettias. Yep 4yr old…I’ve kept them alive thru summers and winters. I pruned em late and put em in larger pots and fed em some fert and they’re taking off again. No heavy red leaves this year but next year they will pop…
Easy to keep alive…get rid of the foil wrap they put on the pots. They like moist soil always, lots of sun. They don’t like temps below 45 at all. So they have to stay inside in the winter. Prune em heavily in the spring. I forgot to this year and didn’t prune em till October.
Below, the makeshift grow “tent”…1 1/2" the foam panels cut down and taped together. 3/8 siding insulation as the front door. Bathroom fan attached to the top to pull air thru. It’s about 2 x 5 in all amd I’m running a 260 v2 QB HLG in it.
It’s in the garage and I have an electric heater that keeps the garage at 68 at worse. Inside the tent the temps are in the mid 70’s with lights on. Humidifier runs when its need and there’s a dehumidifier in there too. I’m only running it for the winter and for autos and clones since a light leak or two won’t matter and the light runs during the day for 17 hours.

I woke up this morning to find some powdery mildew on the Vader Clone which is slow growing for Mother donations for the summer with Citral Glue
I gave her a shower with copper fungicide amd tomorrow I’ll hit her with Neem to stifle it. I also trimmed her up a bit.
They’re all in that pic above.
Note the autos are kicking into the gear and 3 of them are starting to transition to flower. They’re all about 3 weeks above soil.
More pics later… have a great year!!

Thanks a bunch @Not2SureYet , It’s a bit of PIA, but usually I keep it in check with the Copper and Neem… we set up perfect conditions for growing plants and it happens to attract other living organisms to the grow!! What can you expect??
I hope it never happens to ya!!!

I was waiting for it when I did the all room grow. My high and low temps were way far apart.

The way I see it is, we’re trying to mimic mother nature indoors. But, we really are doing better than mother nature…we give them solid beautiful days of light thruout their life and they never suffer drought since we water them religiously and too much probably.
And, we give them pretty solid conditions to live in…every day is a perfect 60% humidity and 78 degress!!!. It may be too perfect, hence why these issues pop up. In nature you get cloudy days, heavy rains, fog, cold nights and super hot days and if it doesn’t rain and your not there they may suffer from drought, tho it’s less likely since there’s water down there and the roots will find it unlike in a pot when it’s gone, its gone.
Right now the spores are getting in somewhere and I’ll just stay on the watch and hit em with the organic sprays once a week alternatively…and it’s good for pests too.
Got a pic of the photo girls in the 2 x 4 tent. Light was flipped on Sunday.

The smaller tent has 2 photos and it was flipped on Sunday as well.

Once again I popped too many and they survived!!!..and I had 3 fail to pop and 2 fail to grow after germin…I would have needed more room/tents and been thrown out of the house by the wife!!

Good morning all. Been busy as usual but not too busy as not to feed the girls.
I got a few pics of the garage grow girls and everyone is either in flower or transitioning finally.
3 Runtzorbet, and a pair of Gelato Cakes,

At the bottom left is a Vader OG clone.
To the right are more clones of the Bubba Kush and Vader.
I took the clone mothers out of the tent because they’re getting a little too big and with no where to put them yet, so I put em by the front door for natural light to slow em down. There’s a Citral Glue, a Vader and a Bubba Kush as well.
Lots of cuttings will come off of them for friends again this spring. The Citral Glue and Vader were big hits this past summer for anyone who kept them going till harvest.
There near a couple of 4 yr poinsettias that have made another comeback after a good pruning and uprising the pots a bit and some fresh FF.
There’s also a Habiscus there and she’s got a pruning and a flush too and is shooting out new growth.

In the other tents, all the photos are transitioning at the second week since the flip.
There’s Headband, LA Cookies, Runtz Muffins

There’s a Big Handband on the right that was a slow grower and a stretchy one on the left under the blurple.

That’s it for now folks…sorry I haven’t been trolling the pages lately but I’ll do my best to visit.
Puff puff…passing it!!

Hi folks…sorry I haven’t been on much lately…too busy with the girls and life.
Quick update is in order.
The autos in the grow dots are going well.
The 3 runtzorbets are frosty and getting thicker. The 2 Gelato Cakes are finally transitioning. They were taking they’re time to flip so I helped them along and put em on 12/12. It’s triggered the response and they’re close to showing buttons. Question is do I put em back to 16-8 like the runtz have been on???

The photos are doing well in the 2x4 tent.
They’re on Jacks and I49’s flower nutes.
Every one gets Recharge once a week.
I’ve also started using silica in the water buckets the day before mixing nutes into it.
Everyone is healthy.
I may have mixed up labeling these girls but it should be
A Headband on the left, 2 LA Cookies in the middle and a Runtz Muffin with the reddish tint already to the bud in the close up and on the far right in the group shot.

Another pair of Headband photos are under the blurple light and fattening up.

That’s it for now!!!
Happy growing everyone!

K…ended up posting it before I was even close to being done…
Hers the Gelato Cakes…
Very hungry plants slow to flower so I had to put em into 12/12…
Now I want to put em back into 16-8 slowly to maximize the light time for it…maybe I’ll just do one like that and compare…

Next up the photos…
Tent 1 has 4 overflowing plants…
I pruned em 2x and they just grow like chia pets…
2 LA Cookies, a Runtz Muffin from Barney Farm and a Big Headband on the left.
Yowza!!!

In the little tent are another pair of Big Headbands…

Waiting patiently for spring to come to NY is The Citral Glue, Vader Og and new to the bunch Bubba Island Kush.
Got 3 seeds in Amsterdam and 1 made it to the end and was/is outstanding dankness so I took a clip and she’s gonna live on.
They’re hanging out near some south facing glass that gives them and my 4 yr old poinsettias enough light to grow but not too much…

Now that’s really it for now!

Them autos might need a 0 - 3- 3 but them photos on a mission !

Ahhh @yoshii!! Yes your right…but…Im growing all the autos on Growdots. Which up to now have been really working out well but need some fine tuning per strain. The Runtzorbets flipped quickly, have a ton of resin, as you see frost building everywhere nicely. But, the Gelato Cakes are hungrier obviously and need a supplement feeding to get them thru flower.
The photos were flipped fast after a short veg cycle and they’re all on different feeds.
I used Jacks to start and now the Fox Farm line for flower in one tent and I49’s nute line as a test on the Big Head Band girls in the little tent with the blurple light.
I’ve been using Recharge for a months now on all my plants and houseplants too amd they seem to love it. I’m not experiencing the ups and downs of nute problem I’ve had in the past since I stated using it. I’m also not using as much nutes as before as well. The Recharge seems to make the nutes that are in the soil more available. These Gelatos are the first to look like they need more nutes but it may be more Genetics then uptake issues. They’re just really hungry and thirsty more than the other strains by far.
All the best to you, thanks for stopping by and checking in!
They’re all nice and healthy
