I do it so people have full history of how grow is going good bad ugly they then know what issues have been how they were dealt with and can see and compare progress.
A journal doesn’t need to be a perfect grow lessons and learning comes from odd places at times what seems a tiny detail can be important. It is also fairly hard to track every thread and remember things from previous ones keeping things on ones thread lets people read back without hunting for where your last thread was

Ya gotta have mercy on us older ones. Can’t remember all that stuff any more and we have to look at the other facts ! lol
No really, it really would make a great learning tool for everyone involved. New Growers can look at them and learn, especially the mistakes. And you can look back at it and maybe see a time in the grow that you might have done something different. That makes us all better growers. I just love sharing information. It is sure improving my grows.

Even though I’m catching up (turned 40 this year) I do get your point. If I were to stereotype this crowd I would say:
- White males
- 50-60
- Off grid types
- Classic rock and heavy metal fans
But I love everyone

@fever click the three little dots down in the right corner of the post. The garbage can is there to delete a post or click the pencil and edit it.
If you are talking about deleting a topic, then you can’t do that…

You are totally right a thread through out the grow specially from a first time grower is rarely with out any problems,and we learn the most from things going wrong and then our need to fix it but the help that is available on this site is about as good as your going to get anywhere, so I listen to everything they tell me and there are plenty of other growers on this site that also are very happy to help

nope, it’s against ILGM Forum policy, from what I’ve read. You can change any of your posts and even the name of the topic, but you can’t delete. The mods can move it or merge it with another topic, but no delete!

Pretty much got me pegged except for the music. I’ve been playing keys since the age of 7 and guitars since 16. I love the oldies, classic rock. and punk but I’m a jazzman at heart and prefer instruments over voices.
I like authentic old school country/western and western swing too but I’ll still take Duke’s Dynasty over Duck Dynasty every time!
This is always in rotation in one playlist or another.
Worried Man with Toots Hibbert is my favorite.
