To be fair, it’s his first grow. He has two plants going right now, the other one is female. He asked me what to do, I told him if he pulls it, bag it and burn it. I think he’s going to let it pollinate. He’s an old guy like me, so we remember the seeds of the 70s lol.

That’s a really nice looking male. Look at that tight, conical, bud-like, structure of the balls. That’s an indication of what it would pass on to the mom’s genetics. I’d actually like to see the whole plant, please.

I’ll ask him for a pic of the whole plant. It’s grown from some seeds I gave him, Purple Kush/Afghani cross. I’m hoping to get some seeds back from him if he lets it go.

I’m growing Hash Burger and Tropicana Cookies this year. Last year I grew out one those Purple Kush/Afghani, but only one and it was female. I have a bunch of those seeds, I’ll get around to growing them out eventually.

I was growing Afghani photos and Purple Kush auto flowers. One of the autos got heat stressed, hermied and pollinated the Afghani plants. I ended up with a lot of seeds, gave some to a friend and he grew two plants , the male he sent me a photo of and a female. I think he’s going to let them go and see what happens.
