Sorry to hear about the power outage… How many days now.

We’re trying to move now… 4 power outages since December. Trees falling mainly.

Good luck!

Although to be fair to the terraform7, one thing that might be possible in aircon mode to improve the aircon efficiency would be to run two air hoses from the window, & hook one to the condenser intake & one to the condenser outlet. They don’t mention this config in the instructions so maybe its actually a problem somehow, but in my mind that might work, depending on how the thing is actually built. And you could still set it up to run at neutral pressure if you hook the evaporator intake & exhaust to the tent.

I’m not trying to hate on this thing, but I see a lot of hype & not a lot of actual important info, & I think when I first started hearing about it, I expected this thing to do more than it can at the same time automatically.

We went 8½ days. Got the alert 2hrs ago that its back. Our cameras are working so we’re heading home now. And don’t get me started on trees man lol. So sorry you gotta deal with them. We ginally got the homeowner to remove one that almost fell on my wife and I. My truck had been damaged multiple times.

@Borderryan22 Our owners… Trimmed a dangerous tree rather than remove it to save cash last year or so… This year that tree took out the house power… Which took out:

Satellite receiver
Onkyo Surround receiver
Four Jardin monkey oscillating fans
2 ac infinity 6" Raxial inline fans.
All bulbs in the house.
The stove/oven… I repaired it… Was main control panel.
Boiler might be shot… And they promised the electric company they’d fix the extension pipe for the main power which they wanted fixed before… But the repair guy realized we were renters and hooked us up anyway.

So… On their time we’re going to be out of power again for a couple/few days… Sometime in the future… With probably little notice as possible.

My fuse box/circuit breaker panel is in my grow area… Not in a hurry for that.

That was really hard to  i don’t understand owners/leasing companies. I mean, I get saving money, or not spending as much, but at what risk? It took my neighbors emailing our leasing management, and they contacted the owner. The owner here is actually pretty decent. When he came to check the trees after neighbors threw a fit, he called the company and asked why they hadn’t done anything. The company are a bunch of slum lords. The owner is an actual landlord, but he’s old and this is his last rental property, so he kept ownership but let let a leasing company take over.

This was just released 15 hours ago but still a pretty vague description.

I’d be willing to give it go. A/C Infinity is very good about customer service and I would think they would honor a return if some one wasn’t happy with it.

Thanks man. New home was purchased Monday.
Now to get this one sold.
The market is pretty soft but we’re in a pretty desirable area of Austin, over the last year the longest a home has been on the market in our neighborhood is 17 days. :crossed_fingers:
Bought a very nice new house in Santa Teresa NM right over the El Paso state line.
Fully legal state. I can grow up to six plants and possession at home is unlimited.

Sounds good, but first I’d ask how long I have to return it, can it be returned in used condition or not, do I get a full refund, do I have to pay a fee, do I have to pay return shipping, etc…

Curious to know how you would want to use it in your setup.

I’d probably want to know the answers to those things before I bought, if I thought that I might need to return it because I wasn’t happy with it.

I checked the warranty & also would want to know before buying how warranty claims are supposed to get handled for these.

(Flow maps would be nice too, not sure why they never have those for their fan gear.)

If you call them, they have some you can order through customer service. I signed up for a email notification to let me know when they have more in stock. I figured I’d shoot them a email and ask if they had a ballpark figure on when they’d be available. They sent me a email saying they didn’t know when they’d be in stock again but they still had a few available. So I bought one today
9/23/24.

Do you put the unit in the tent or outside of the tent? Just ordered one today from their customer service. First time setting up a tent here. Bought one of their 8x8 and it just got here today. Also purchased the exhaust fan and filter. It’ll be delivered Saturday. Bought their controller also that controls everything. I’ve grown indoor hydro for decades and decided I’d modernize. Have used MH and HPS lights, always. About to get some LEDs for the tent. Figured I’d get 2-1000 watt leds for the tent? Any help is appreciated. Thinkin on the AC infinity ionframe evo10

It’s designed so it can be placed outside the tent, but you could put it inside if you prefer.
