9 weeks of 12/12 today. Seems to be a procrastinator. Lots of white pistils, and no amber trichomes. I was hoping for next Friday, but I don’t think so. Gelato photo.
Flowering time starts at flower production and not from the change to 12/12.
Usually about 11 weeks from the flip to be in the ballpark. My current grow took a little over 2 weeks from the flip to start showing flowers.
Yeah, mine took around 12 days.
When in doubt, subtract two weeks out is my motto now.

Unfortunately I think it might be right this time. I don’t think a weeks going to cut it. These are the densest buds I’ve ever grown, so I’m wanting them to finish before something bad happens :). These things are like marbles.
Seriously though, 9 weeks from flip, 12 days later flowering starts so 7 weeks in flower atm.
