Most plants will be capable of flowering at btw 4 and 7 weeks; however, we have seen a few plants take up to 12 weeks to show sex.

My Photo’s, outdoors, needs August lighting 14/10 they started preflower in August. My indoor lights are always 11.5/12.5 for summer heat avoidance and the flowering clones.

So then not flowering is a good thing. You have not made the transition to 12/12. If it was starting to show flowers that would mean it is an auto. It should stay in veg until flip to 12/12.
I almost feel like I’m missing the joke.

Like @DRsDank said you need to change your light schedule. I go to a 12-12 schedule to induce flowering. Happy growing :v:
