3 weeks on Northern Lights auto?

Nah that’s not a problem.
Honestly I feed more PK then that, so you’ll be fine just watch how much your using at a time… May wanna consider adding some CalMag or something with a small amount of nitrogen also…

So I have been using FF big bud (large dose) and tiger bloom. Only a 2 on nitrogen. I am thinking of using different nutes company. Any suggestions?

I’m not familiar with Tiger Bloom…but I highly recommend Big Bud, in fact that’s what I’ve used for years… I also use their Bud Candy along with that… I use Dyna Gro for bloom nute (3-12-6) … Also use Overdrive as a PK booster…
I’ll usually add molasses (unsulfured) 1-2 a cycle… typically once during stretching and again mid flower. Keep CalMag around also because some strains like Purple Lemonade require large amounts of it… I’ve had plants that need a little CalMag boost sometimes…
That’s pretty well everything I use regarding nutrients… I have grow nutes but usually only use once during veg because with autos it’s a quick cycle and my soil (HF) has enough nutes already in it to keep things stable for first 4 wks which is generally all an auto will veg for anyways… I’ve had a couple go 5 wks but not often…

Currently this is end of WK 3 flowering:

…and these are slower then most of my others I’ve done, so you can imagine if you have some that are more vigorous…

When I checked her last night she had brown spots on her fan leaves.

I pulled about 8 affected leaves in case it was fungus. Thinking about your response and the CalMag you suggested yesterday I determined, at least I hope i determined that it’s a calcium deficiency. I had no CalMag, so I cooked eggshells, crushed the to dust and added to my soil with a little bit of water. I noticed that it stopped growing upwards, it stopped at 27” two days ago. When I checked it this morning, the leaves looked healthier and it gained about an inch I think. Can a deficiency be corrected that fast? Or am I not in the clear yet…. Oh, I am getting CalMag today.

Yeah they’re pretty quick to respond to things … usually within 48-72 hrs in most cases… Esp if issues are corrected early before they get outta hand.
Yeah CalMag is just one of those things that’s handy to keep around … Some plants need more then others…

So was removing the bad leaves okay, or should I have left them.

Removing a few problem leaves or yellowing leaves isn’t gonna hurt anything.

So she started growing upwards again finally. I got my CalMag, what is a good ph tester, everything on Amazon seems to have low ratings.

Apera-20 or Apera-60EZ.
Either or both
Quality products that last and calibrate.
Or buy multiple cheap PH/PPM pens (they may not last).

I started using microbe tea from my local grow shop. It has done wonders for all my plants

Before and after, about 2 days apart.
