All 4 are staked and got their first trimming. I got rid of all the lower sucker branches and whatnot. They are really taking off!!

@Nip get that BT going, that stuff worked wonders for me last season. I didn’t see a single worm on my plants, however, the season before, I had a bunch of worm related issues all the way through flower. I had not used BT that season, only Captain Jack’s Deadbug.
I do the BT and Captain Jack’s Deadbug on a rotating schedule. I’ll go about 5-ish days in-between applications, and like you, I’ve had to strech the time in-between applications because of rain.

I have BT Do you have any idea how long it takes to work we been getting storms almost every evening I’ll have just take a chance and hope the storms miss me

@Nip if you are having storms, might be a good idea to re-apply. Usualy I will do BT, then in 5-6 days I’ll do Dead Bug, then back to BT 5-6 days later till bugs seem to be under control.

I’m spraying and having to respray It rained almost every day some are heavy downpours and Humid when the Sun comes out my plant’s look good today while I was pruning and getting rid of some expired fan leaves I found a cluster of eggs on the tall pineapple chunk plant

@Nip I would pluck that leaf and just toss it in the woods eggs and all. Make sure when you spray your plants, get the underside of the leaves as well! I start from the bottom and spray my way up the plant usualy, making it a point to hit the undersides…

Yes I mashed the leaf and eggs up ! I sprayed everything well with BT and it didn’t rain I’ll be looking every day under leaves and bottom to Top of the plants You’re plant’s are off to a very good Start

Heat wave in the Northeast! Early this year for 100s, feels like 109 today while working…actual temp to break 100 tomorrow, pushing 115 feels like…so what does that mean for the ladies?

And lots of water…2 gallons to start the day at 5am and then 1 gal later in the day, 4pmish…they were super perky today when I got home from work, eating up that radiation!
