According to FWS experts, despite their spidery appearance, daddy longlegs, also called harvestmen, aren’t even closely related to spiders; instead, they’re more closely related to mites and scorpions.
Here’s why:
“Unlike spiders, harvestmen have fused body regions and a single pair of eyes. Spiders have distinct abdomens and typically three or four sets of eyes. Harvestmen also don’t have silk glands or venom glands like spiders,” explained a spokesperson with FWS.

Honestly, I’m a second ammendment guy. I do believe in background checks, licenses and safety courses, but the maximum capacity magazine laws just really make no sense to me at all. I feel your pain. @dbrn32

We only get limited in hunting applications, and that’s nothing, I don’t need but one most time. Defensively, now that’s another story. Tens of 30 rounders for the ARs ready to go, 6 mags per pistol ready, speed loaders for the Benelli M4. Thermals charged, everything sighted in and quieted down!

Appreciate it! I’m pretty comfortable with where we were at prior to governor jelly belly’s nonsense. More or less hoping I don’t need any of it.
@Darran I’m ok with keeping firearms outnof the hands of people with a history of being dangerous. I just believe they should be held accountable to do so without restricting the rest of us.

That’s the key, I get so tired of hearing guns are the leading cause of death in this and that, guns are used in more suicides than anything….. real statistics show otherwise but, novel idea…..how about we address the fact that they want to kill themselves to start with. They jump to blame an inert object when mental health was the issue to begin with. Rant over for now. System is clear.
