Newbie here! Just planted some seeds not sure if male or female, anyone able to let me know some signs early before flowering? Also just transported two to new pots, wondering when is a good time to put outside? I have one that’s a bit wonky, very tall and flimsy but still seems to grow. Any tips and help would be much appreciated!!
Single nut nanner, on a female.
The below is a sure full blown male.
Above male(left), dating a female(right), below
I found another today, not pictured.
@Drayne where is your thread?
I think we need to start him one…
Yes please moderator.
I use Farmer Freeman for early genetic M/F testing for all regular seeds so you don’t waste 2 1/2 months of the outdoor season. Had my first feminized male this year and have pictured my Cherry Paloma restart that will be tested soon due to this. Never tested feminized seedlings prior.
i believe someone has made me one, looks like i have to wait a bit to know the genders, plants still to small. how about keeing them outdoors? anything important i should know to keep aware of? or does mother nature take its course and i just have to water it and make sure its well kept?
Also a californian! im a new grower, your set up looks great, looks like i brought the plants outside at a great time, i started them indoors but just had them infront of a 360 mirror so they got sun everywhere, i planted my first two 5/1 so far i have one plant that seems to be doing the best so far, not sure genders, also dont want to spend money to find out so its a guessing game for me! crossing my fingers i have atleast one fem, and one plant makes it! whats the average life cycle on these?
When I screw up the lighting, I get males.
Outside, if morning dew is not too bad.
Pictures?
My outdoor plants get swimming and snorkel lessons.
“atmospheric river” descending on PNW.
i will send pictures soon, i just transferred outside yesterday was a bit overcast thought it would be perfect to introduce outside, today is bright and sunny, the older ones look happy, the seedlings are a bit down but we will see! i also have some seeds that just germinated
We have “atmospheric river” sending inches of water our way.
Outdoor Seedlings found swimming and transferred to larger container (dry soil).
Only the stong survive, my growing.
Wow and I thought I had a good variety of strains…You’ve got some unique ones Ive never heard of…They look interesting!!
Thanks Al, the variety of strains seems endless. Don’t see the point of growing 12 of one type for the medical user. Pheno hunt’s are for breeders IMHO. Variety of terpenes and the search for potency drive my grows to prevent building a tolerance to one. Enjoy your grow!
Thanks @JBB …Yeah My first ILGM grow I bought ALL Blueberry…not that it was a bad thing…But after that I figured why not have a variety of strains…But now I went too crazy…
Thanks enjoy yours too.!
