Found a ton more ladybugs on my plants today, definitely loving this new property we bought last year  and also decided to put one of my self bred girls in the ground in an area that may get 30 minutes of full sun per day just to see what it does :man_shrugging:t2:

Having a lot of ladybugs sometimes is indicative of a problem with mites or aphids.

@plumbdand yeah I know the issue started with both of the same strain and no others, as far as slight leaf mutations and so on. I got some concentrate I can mix into my pump sprayer I’m going to use on everything after the rain passes. I have already gone through with captain jacks deadbug on everything as well. I’m actually curious if these ladybugs are just eating the dead mites ? @W.B.elpaso i shouldn’t have any more aeration issues with these big boys!!! Bought 2- 8" aerating stones!!

@plumbdand neem oil was also sprayed before any issues even became visible

I had some spider mite issues last year mainly on one plant inside my 10x12 greenhouse. I buy ladybugs a couple of times a year 1500 at a time off Amazon.

I also use praying mantis and lacewings sometimes

@plumbdand all my girls are out in the wild so I’m not sure how long they would stay around, if I had a portable screen tent I could probably isolate them to each plant

@plumbdand these were the two affected plants that I could notice they are glookies from Barney’s farm. As I got to thinking about it I said to hell with it and decided to completely drench every plant top side and underneath of everyone of them so hopefully this quells the disturbance of my ladies!!

Im just not seeing the problem its hard to show with a camera

You will have to get a scope on them are a really close pic to be able to tell what they are…
But there is definitely some action going on , all of those white specks are suspect

It will definitely be a bug thats attacking the foliage…
I would spray them down with some neem oil or captin jacks before it really gets going… :+1:t3:
:v:t4: :sunglasses:

I first thought it might be a grasshopper or cricket, until I seen those white specks under the leaves, Use a sprayer captain jacks or neem oil :oil_drum: which is working great for me this year, spray good make sure you get under the leaves where they hide and lay eggs, Hopefully you can get rid of them
