2021 outdoor AZ

Had to cut a couple of small branches off of LA CONFIDENTIAL #2 looks like mold got into the stem where I had previously cut off some bud rot. Rest of the plant looks good still but I might have to cut her down early if the problem spreads

She’s so close maybe 2 weeks out

I hope she makes it to the finish line. I got rained on last night. I got my fans going but they got pretty wet. Just gotta stay dry for awhile longer.

Ace killerOG today I clipped off a couple of damaged buds and broke them open found dead worms and poop mixed in with dead dry bud. That poor plant. I’ve clipped off and thrown away at least an oz in total from her and will probably have to toss more before she’s finished.
Now I have to Crack open the colas and make sure there’s no dead worms

Do you think you’re two weeks away on your LAC? My trichomes are at that stage as well.

It’s looking close nearly all the pistils have receded into the calyx’s but there’s still a lot of clear trichomes I may have to chop her early due to bud rot. It’s a miracle she’s gone for this long. I’ve been dealing with mold on her since 3rd week of flower. She’s done pretty good for the last 3 weeks or so but now those damaged branches are dieing. They’re not major branches but I don’t want it to spread

After the pistols turn brown and receed back, tricombs then turn from clear to cloudy in about 2 weeks? How long from cloudy to Amber? In your opinion?

That’s heartbreaking the ace killer.

Turning from cloudy to amber will be different from plant to plant. Sometimes it can happen very fast like almost over night and sometimes it can take a couple weeks. When I say that Ace killerOG has two weeks left to go it’s based on current observations that might change in a week. I’ll keep checking trichomes every day from now until harvest but I doubt that she’ll be ready in less than 2 weeks. If she needs to go longer then I’ll wait but she got hit pretty hard by worms and that caused mold/rot witch got into the stems on some branches. If I’ve stopped the spread then I won’t have to harvest her early.

Next year I’ll only put 4 or 5 plants in the big greenhouse and one in the 5x10 I’ll be able to control everything a lot easier and it won’t be so hard to get to some of the plants. 8 plants in the ground in there is too many. I’ll also be more proactive to prevent worms and mold.
I’ve had to deal with mold and bud rot in the past growing in Santa Cruz mountains in the early 80s and delt with a few worms here and there also, but not as many as I’ve had this year. So far I’ve pulled more than 10 worms off AceKillerOG and only one of those didn’t involve clipping off buds.

Ya I know what you mean. To crowded and you get more problems with bugs and mold. Hopefully ace leaves you with some good smoke in the end.

She has plenty left and what I’ve sampled from her was pretty good I just clipped off some more dead buds. It blows my mind that I can just clip off a bud here and there, throw it away and it’s no big deal. I also defoliated her some and kept a few small buds to sample

Nice, I ordered a handheld microscope should get a better look with it I hope. I had to cover my greenhouse to much rain around.

Do you have more ace killer seeds so you can run it next year?

Did you get rain today

Yes I have 2 Ace killerOG seeds 4 Banana kush 3 Black Widow 5 LA Confidentials and 2 A10’s
I got one A10 growing in between AceKillerOG and Black Widow #1 she’s in the worst place possible in there. She gets the least amount of sunlight and won’t produce much, maybe ill get 4-5oz’s. So far she’s been free of any problems. She has two10ft Banana Kush plants on her west side and Ace to the south and Black Widow to the north and she’s crammed in there.i have to crawl to get to her. Next time that spot will stay empty. She probably would have produced a huge amount if she had more room and sunlight. All of her afternoon sunlight is filtered through the Banana Kush. I’ve thinned them out to about 5ft so she can get a little of the late afternoon sunlight but it’s not much.
