1st week of flower

1st week of flowering done looks nice and healthy to me how often do i prune a few leaves of which are blocking budding sites just give her a little hair cut (3 leaves}

do i leave it to recover from the stress for a day or 2 before i feed her again

Defoliation at days 21 and 42 of flower and only as necessary for air flow and light penetration. Feeding and defoliating are not connected, keep your routine feeding schedule Growmie :love_you_gesture:

@OGIncognito does that recommendation apply to autos as well? I have a blue cheese that is a stumpy runt. Bunch of fan leaves down low of the plant. I got a fan blowing on it but wondering do I risk HST on this plant? It’s about six weeks from sprout.

Not meaning to hijack the OPs thread - just being opportunistic.

Looking good Growmie, that BC is in flower stretch. After the stretch you can remove a lot of that lower growth :love_you_gesture:

Very nice looking good , I’m with you take a couple leafs as needed.

Did a little LST on stumpy and had an oops. The large node snapped at the base of the stem. Not completely but I think it best to remove it.

Limb being at the base of the plant I would go ahead and remove it. But if you want to Support and tape the limb up, It will survive.

@kellydans man I appreciate your response. TBH I wasn’t sure I knew if I wanted to try and save it or not. I think going ahead and ripping the band aid off is the best option. The plant will expend some energy toward healing the wound that would otherwise go toward flowering. Thanks again And Roll Tide.

Lost track of how old but I think she is in 1st week of flower. It’s a THC Bomb Hybrid photo.

Plant looks healthy. Definitely early stage of flowering. Happy growing

Hello by chance would I be able to tie down the flowering plant or would that hurt it. I’m out of vertical space and she is still growing I have lights I can place both low and high to give light threw out the plant just don’t want to shock or disturb her in this stage.

Hello, @DanB plant will not
slow down .Gently pull and tie the limbs down. Plant Will respond great. Actually it’s a pretty common practice for better light penetration and air flow
Pulling and spreading the limbs out.

So I can pull top over to create room an no shock or anything that’s impressive I for sure thought it would slow or stall. so how I have it now is ok. I’m adding full spectrum purple light to underneath

Looks good, Quality lighting being the most important tool for indoor grow. Equals solid dense buds with nice yield .
Keep us posted.

Definitely will do this is my first indoor grow ever have done outside as in plans an come back 5minths later an check. It’s very impressive to see and understand the process from start to finish. I’m addicted

That’s funny. I told a friend couple days ago . Don’t grow the first plant you’ll be hooked. I’ve been hooked on growing since the eighties. (A great hobby.)

I understand it’s only been 5 days but I wanted to update and say I got another small light for extra coverage due to how far I have to move the pot out of the light at the bottom. But I think she is taking nicely to the gentle bend and tie down I done. Any advice or concerns or issues anyone sees please lmk and ty for all the help an advice this far.

Keep up the good work , definitely time for the bloom nutes.

i thought thats what my Organic 24-8-16/ Mag 0.05 was? promotes Growth Veg/Bloom it said on the package

I’m not familiar with the product but if you have it I would roll with it.
