I’m thinking about getting a bigger tent. I have 3 autos in a 3x3 and I want to do 4 non-autos at some point. The 3x3 is crowded. The 4x4 is also taller. In a perfect world, I’d walk away from I.T., move to Oregon, and be a real grower with whole rooms (ah the dream). For now I guess the 4’x4’x80” - sigh

I’m so excited to start my next grow. I’ve gotten a better idea on several things about my configuration and got some items to add to the mix next time. I’m more confident about using coco as a medium. I understand the nutes better. It’s going to be amazing.

So one of my plants is about to hit the light and I can’t raise it any higher. Any advice from the experts? It seems heart-breaking to cut it

1500w led. I could slide the light over a bit, but then part of that same plant will get less light than it’s used to @bob31
Today marks week 5 of flower.
I took my light and removed the wire hangers and used loops of wire ties. Got me another 6 inches of height. And I would recommend you move it over. @muffybunny
You really need to have a lot more space!
A 1500 watt LED should be 3 feet above the canopy.
I agree. I’m looking at bigger tents. They’re blueberry autos. I didn’t think they’d get this tall. Only 1 is. The other 2 are about 6-12 inches shorter.

I have 3 ILGM BBA Seeds leftover and about 12 seeds I got off one of my plants. I’m hoping at least one of them gets a decent size. The first two I grew were only about 18 inches tall! @muffybunny

I have two B.B.A going right now I just started them about wwwk and a half ago need to repair them this week actually
All of the auto which isn’t many I’ve grown have been around 18 inches @bob31

@bob31 @Countryboyjvd1971 yeah based on my research I thought they’d be 2-3 ft max. The other 2 are in that range. The tall one is actually the one I came real close to losing. She bounced back with a vengeance. I thought about doing something with the wires, but I’m worried about the additional pressure that would create at the corner “loops” on the light fixture. I’m looking at getting a 4x4x80. That would give me 8 more inches of height. Then I could use my 3x3 for veg and start a staggered (not perpetual) grow. And that’s all I need…

I have some ak47 and some crystal beans and I don’t see how I can ever run them without doing a scrog

I’m gonna have to do some reconfiguration. Moving the light over bought me a little time, but the fan/filter is going to be a problem too. I’m going to swap places between the 2 in the back and move the light back to the middle or maybe a smidge to the right. I wasn’t going to try scrog yet for my next grow (super intimidated), but I may have to. If I buy another tent right now, it could mean divorce. Lol
