Also ppfd is around 800 dli between 40 n 50 lights schedule 18/6
Looks healthy. Might start doing some LST and get the branches to spread out now that you have topped?

Have them tied down really busy going to top again soon will remove a little of the leaves then thanks for the info
Too intense for this growth stage Growmie. Plants look good but I would back that down to around 500ish and increase through the veg stage hitting that 800-900 in flower. Too soon to remove any growth, they need every leaf right now

Turned the ppfd down to the 500s dli is 20 and 30
More is better but when they’re big enough to use it. At their stage, it’s just too much. I run a bit higher ppfd in flower than a lot of folks, but it works with my lights and setup. You can work your way up weekly with your light strength. Figure the difference in what you have now and where you want to be at flower. Divide that by how many weeks until you plan to flip and increase it that much per week. Plants seem to take small changes without breaking stride. I back down to 800-900 in late flower for ripening.
