I tried my hand at growing in the mid 1970s and wasn’t very successful to say the least. Eventually I got much better and was able to harvest a crop of despite the local climate. Buds were never any bigger than a jelly bean but I thought it was awesome. Circumstances led me to quit growing and haven’t do it since the early 80s. With the political culture changing, and it’s about friggin time, I am starting my first grow in almost 40 years. God, how times have changed! Seed availability, strain, feminized and autoflowering, it is a different world for sure. I wasn’t much of a plant person back in the day but was always excited to grow my special greenery. That is still the same and the fun is back with this years grow! This forum is a wealth of good info and adds to the anticipation.
