59 years old with permanent vertigo for 9 years so far. The grows are for me as it makes a great improvement to my vertigo. Second year grow indoors and using LED’s. Grew many years outdoors in Canada but now in heavy population so inside it is. Just went through several small strokes so I’m a little slower these days and memory shot to hell but growing is my hobby and my savior.
