Oops too late 
I ended up using about 1.7x the recommended quantity of Bloom to get the PPM a bit over 600. I’ll probably not use this nute line going forward. It doesn’t seem that popular and I’ve never been able to get my PPMs anywhere near what folks say they should be for any of the growing stages.
I guess if it shows signs of burn tomorrow I can just flush it all. We’ll see!
