Its not because of the cleaner. Even the humidity itself isnt at fault. Humidity combined with insufficient ventillation and or still air environment is the culprit. If you spray leaves again, turn your fan up for the night. During flower I wouldnt spray anything.
Either way, even if you dont spray, i recommend a bud wash. I use a 3 part system here is a link to a post in my journal that shows my wash buckets and whats in them, as well as a couple vids further down the thread that explain budwashing.
