Ok turning back on in the morin. I think i had a panic attack after reading to much about this. The majority here is to turn back on and that was the kind of encouragement i was looking for. Although Egzoset has really educated me farther into the electric detection which leads me to believe that since i been running lights on a schedule for the last 6 months the history is already there, question is will it be detected. And i have thought about my trash months ago that’s why i have a trash can full of leaves. This is stressful but 4 more weeks and will be over.

Glad to hear it! Authorities have bigger fish to fry than someone growing a handful of plants in their basement . 26 states have legalized or decriminalized it so far (shout out to all those in Hawaii

Indeed, it’s much too late to have regrets and hence i’ll concur with this perspective as well, having already refered to the other factors. As for the rest my wish is that such topics may cause some people to include planning in the big picture, another wish of mine being that you’ll be done with your havest days before it actually echoes via that smart meter, just in case (e.g. almost as in gambling, for a lack of more desirable options)…

Relax, the odds that the cops, dea and any other 3 letter organization looking for you is kind of crazy. I grow out side in my front yard. Have for years (im in the country). Knowledge of your grow by others is always the weakest link.

i wonder if paying your electricity bill before it is due would make them not even look at you.? most bills would double but still not much power compared to warehouses that leave 100 lights on all night for no reason 24/7- 365…are you not a good customer spending on their product.? i am in australia and i have never heard of power company being a narc on someone with high usage for a small house or tenants. has anyone else experienced power company issues.?

Dun need to worry till you see the totally black helicopters circling n there is a computer repair van sitting a mile away from any homes…for days.
THEN…you can justify making yourself a nervous sleepless wreck…

Might be a good idea till you get this grow finished leave the buds in the bag. Help cut down on paranoia. Go down to the ABC Store get you a bottle of tequila take you a shot every now and then knock the edge off. I agree with all the community members I think you’re just getting a little paranoid. Good luck finishing up.

First off someone has to rat you out then they will start digging. If you were cooking meth and was burning a lot of electricity they would bust your door down. Still I wouldn’t tell nobody nothing except this forum we’re all pretty tight

I think worrying about your power consumption cycles on a grow that size is silly. Our ac unit is programmed to run more on about a 12 hour cycle. My dehumidifier draws more power than my light and cycles compressor on and off randomly all day. There are things you don’t even realize built into your home that already labor to your favor.

Yeah I wouldnt of worried about it but you could always use led lights or quantum boards a lot less power consumption

I was running (2) 1000w bulbs, 12kbtu ac, 70pt dehu, fans ,etc. In a red state. Have had 4 successful runs(knock on wood) Bill’s average 260-340 depending on temps etc. I switched to led panels but have to set up again … I’m in same boat as you in regard to paranoia but I think there shouldn’t be a issue. You/we dont have our entire houses lit up

Once again my fellow cultivators…
Unless your bill hits $1000.00 dollars… I dont really think you have anything to worry about…
What you have to understand is , that if your electric consumption reaches a certain point , the electric company has to come out to make sure that no one is in danger… rightfully so…
But if for some reason a guy shows up asking questions about your electric usage… dont freak out or act weird and just let them know that you are a bit-coin minor and that everything is under control… and that your aware of your power usage… no harm no foul…

I had 5 saltwater aquariums going last year, thus the 200+ electric bill was normal. Now, only one reef tank, the $200+ is still normal. The blue aquarium morning and evening lights keep everyone thinking business as usual.
