slows the growth of the top nodes and allows the lower nodes to catch up with more light hitting them.

trims the more mature fan leaves with the purpose of achieving a more even cannopy, allowing more light to hit the lower nodes and younger fan leaves. I

That and I do pull the young leaves at the top but not the new ones.

Just pulled the leafs yesterday where the red circle is at. Now the lower nodes will receive more light and form new colas. [IMG_20230606_044210~2] Skip a set of leafs and repeat as she grows until it’s bushy as you want it. [IMG_20230411_170953] All that and never topping or fiming just leaf pulling at the right time and place

Take the red dot leafs in the pic. Be careful and leave the baby new top leafs though or take the purple marked leafs to make it easier for you to get experience with the training method. [Screenshot_20230606-122514~3]

WW is one I want to try after growing Black Widow. As @ChittyChittyBangin said wouldn’t worry about the bottom leafs cause mine do it sometimes. Yeah first time I pull the top leafs off my nerves was shot but it gets easier over time. Here’s my chocolope training in progress.
