So I popped my seeds into peat pellets last night, have them sitting in my closet with the top of the mini greenhouse thing on top and a low setting heating pad under it which keeps it lukewarm.
Thing is, I didn’t germinate them before putting them in the pellets, just popped em in there. But I read Roberts blog and it says you can germinate them that way, but do I have to worry about them drowning or rotting? If I do, should I take them out of the pellets and germ in a bowl of water or just leave em? Thanks!
As long as there is not too much moisture and good temperature, they should germinate. When you water, I just mist and keep it damp.

Well I’m at work now, but I put a bit more water for it to sit in this morning, so when I go home I should drain it? And should I go ahead and put them in the windowsill or keep them in the dark closet until they pop?
If they are in the pots, give them light so they know which way is up. The peat pellets should of soaked enough water so you shouldn’t have them sitting in water, but I could be wrong on that one. I always soaked my peat pellets for 10 minutes then put the seed in and put it either in the germination dome or straight in my bubbler
