Good to hear ROG, one step closer to dropping some beans. You’ve had grows going during hunting season before I thought.

I’m doing better, been back to work for a month now and managing to keep up with the healthy lifestyle changes although it’s difficult to stay motivated to exercise after working outside in the heat all day.

Good to hear you’re on the mend. I’m not an exerciser either. I ride my bike each morning but it’s for fun not for exercise it’s electric so when I get to going uphill, I use the electric….. yes I have done grows while I’m up at the Ranch, but it’s difficult to keep coming back-and-forth every few days because I don’t wanna leave the Ranch when I’m up there. Love it too much.
