It’s going fairly well, this week makes a month into it. I increased it to 3X after first week. My legs feel like rubber afterwards :joy:. I work out at home on off days. The diet education afterwards is very informative, we have incorporated some of it, little steps but steps for sure. I’ll never be a vegetarian but I can maintain a low intake of saturated fat, sugars and sodium with an occasional cheat meal. :pizza: :cut_of_meat:

Himalayan Nights
Week 9 above ground. Day 7 of flower.
Good thing I moved the male when I did. I’ve been collecting pollen the past few days. Today I pollinated a branch of each female. Slow and careful so as not to repeat the pollen cloud that resulted in a hazmat situation in '25. The always wet coco/perlite has gifted me the start of a small gnat infestation. I put out some sticky traps. I’m going to steep a teabag of BTI in the resivour.

I recommend applying the tea to the soil surface as opposed to bottom feed. The larva live just below the media surface, allowing the surface inch to dry between irrigation should help as well

I hear ya brother. I will do that also. The gnats seem to be in the tray2grow as well. I don’t like organics in the resivour. I’ll probably have to clean the tubing and valve after the gnats are gone.

Your plants are looking good and good luck on the gnats :crossed_fingers:. So far since switching to coco, I haven’t had any gnats. I still have some Mosquito Bits on hand from my soil grows, just in case :joy:.

Thanks brother. Same here with the gnats. The solo cups stay moist up to the top from the tray2grow so a stray gnat that makes it inside finds it inviting. Like you, I still have a large bag of bits from my soil days.
