Why does my plant look like this ? Please help

My plant seems to be burning or curling a tips.

It could simply be the light is to close or it couldn’t be a nutrient deficiency.

how far are you keeping the light from the plant

@bob31 @Countryboyjvd1971 hi guys can you help this person out? looks like either lights too close, or burn from the nutients in the miricle grow to me. But i am not as knowledable as you 2

The other plants aren’t doing it just that one.

Is that the one directly under the light ? A picture in natural light is best for diagnosing the plants the leds don’t let true color come through in pictures
How old are your plants bro ?
What’s the ph water in and out if you know ?

Started them 4/20 :joy:

Light is 20 inches from plant

Not sure if Ph coming out but PH going in is 5.8 or whatever it’s suppose to be. I can’t remember exactly

5.8 if you use soilless mediums and 6.3-6.8 for soil ?
The second picture from bottom looks like nute burn to me so I would get a ph run off and ppm of run off on that one the others look good to me @Miagrace16
It’s the same plant that’s lower right corner of bottom picture right

Miracle Grow is rarely soil less and usually has a time release fertillizer in it which leads to 2 key issues your ph should be 6.5 and they shouldn’t be fed anything extra until they show signs they need feeding. What I see is nutrient burn coupled with a nutrient lockout Cal adding anything is not the answer correct your ph over course of next several waters don’t flush a time release soil it would only worsen condition

You plant suffer from heat all but the last pic. The plant bottom right

Here is a pic just like it:

that problem is Zinic

to solve it do this…

Solution to fixing a Zinc deficiency
Any Chemical/Organic nutrients that have potassium in them will fix a Zinc deficiency. (Only mixing at ½ strength when using chemical nutrients or it will cause nutrient burn!)
And any of the following nutrients will fix a zinc deficiency: Zinc sulfate, zinc chelated, or zinc oxides are adequate fertilizer sources for zinc. Or you can bury galvanized nails in the soil. (Make sure you take off the sharp point at the end to prevent roots from being damaged) Garden Manure, which is slow acting. Greensands, Cottonseed Meal are both medium/slow absorption as well.

Hope this helps

@Miagrace16 I would go with the recommendations of both @Donaldj and @garrigan62 both are good resources for help and knowledge
Thanks for jumping into the discussion fellas
Hope both of you are doing well

Weather is being iffy this morning which never helps for making yeah or nay call on working? but otherwise as busy as 1 legged man in arse kicking contest

You get while you can @Donaldj :+1:
Have a great day hope weather holds out for you

jobs have been coming in slow this season but enough that coupled with the weather we pretty much go straight from 1 to the next with very little pause if weather was better we’d still be off as much and my first summer in new house so i make use of my time off. My garden is doing surprisingly well nute burn on cucumbers and eggplant but most is dealing well with the compost I am growing it in

Nice @Donaldj the dam squirrels got me last weekend in my garden the ate all my leaves left very few and mostly the stems so I lost about half of what I planted I think will see what happens I’ve taken a few steps to deter them will see how I did down the road and I’ll be dispatching a few of the little critters around my property as well since we have way to many it would be easier if they would just relocate themselves but that’s not going to happen is it hahahaha
I guess as long as you keep busy and work Donald it’s all good right :+1:

lmao I have to get rid of aphids and ants damn things are causing havoc just noticed tonight a little safer’s soap and some DE I will make them pay for any damage to my garden but my yard may as well be an ant hill
